Shopping - Take advantage of some of our local craft shops to take home some original, handmade souvenirs of your visit

Golf - The Isle of Skye Golf Club is based at Sconser, just 11 miles from Portree

Horse Riding - Portree Riding Centre will give you the chance to try some pony-trekking and admire the beautiful scenery
from a different angle

Hillwalking -The only way to apreciate the scenery at it's best - just remember to pack your midge repellent!

Entertainment - There are numerous pubs and several excellent restaurants offering the highest standard of local seafood and game. Not to mention the Talisker Distillery or the Isle of Skye Brewery

Historical - If you are looking for culture and history, then where better than a visit to Dunvegan Castle, or pop in to the Aros Centre for their Exhibition
